Application of biomarkers in medical diagnostics: presentation at the EABP Conference on March 6, 2013
The buzzword biomarker is generally being used in the context of genomics, proteomics and other high-tech approaches in molecular medicine. However, the definition of biomarkers is much broader and clinical studies always need a selection of biomarkers to decide about efficacy and safety of a drug candidate. Prof. Dr. Stephan Wnendt, CEO of MLM, is going to present on this topic at the meeting of the European Association of Pharma Biotechnology (EABP) on March 6, 2013 in Cologne.
