Scott Houlton,
Chief Executive Officer
Scott Houlton has over 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical services industry across the drug development, clinical trial and commercial segments. He was most recently CEO of Clinical Supplies Management and has held past leadership roles at Catalent, Aptuit, Quintiles and Cardinal Health. He is a member of the CEO Advisory Board at Great Point Partners and is a Non-Executive Board Member at Tergus Pharma. Scott holds degrees in International Business and Finance from The Ohio State University.

Roger O. Gasper,
Chief Financial Officer
Roger Gasper has an established track record in both private and public companies. Most recently he served as CFO at MaSTherCell, a leading cell and gene therapy contract development and manufacturing partner recently acquired by Catalent. Prior to MaSTherCell, Roger worked as CFO at Clinical Supplies Management and as CFO at The J.G. Wentworth Company. He holds a degree in commerce and engineering from Drexel University.

Theresa Heath
Vice President of Business Development and Marketing
Theresa has more than 30 years of leadership experience in bringing life sciences innovations to patients, including the last 15 years providing consultative support for central lab services and specialty testing for global clinical trials. She was most recently VP, Business Development at LabConnect. Prior to entering the contract research arena, Theresa worked with leading molecular diagnostics companies such as Roche Tissue Diagnostics and Exact Sciences, leading the commercialization of women’s health diagnostics and noninvasive colorectal cancer screening. Theresa earned her BS degree in Marketing from Arizona State University.

Dr. Stephan Voswinkel,
Managing Director of European Operations
Dr. Stephan Voswinkel has been with MLM since 2003, helping to grow the company from four employees to an internationally recognized and respected central laboratory. He is responsible for all lab operations in Europe and has brought his expertise to over 2,000 clinical trials. Dr. Voswinkel holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Technology in Aachen, Germany, where he also held a postdoctoral position in the Department of Physiology.
