MLM’s CEO is now a member of the board of BioRiver e.V.
BioRiver – Life Science im Rheinland e.V. is a regional network of more than 100 life science companies and institutions located in the area of Cologne, Duesseldorf, Aachen and Wuppertal, Germany. This area has been very active and strong for many years with powerful leading companies like Bayer, Qiagen and Miltenyi, renowned universities and a broad portfolio of other players in life sciences. The goal of BioRiver is to further develop this region and to provide a network to foster regional collaborations between companies and academia. Prof. Dr. Wnendt was elected as a member of the management board on Nov 23, 2016 and comments: ‘I am looking forward to use my experience from more than 25 years in life science industry to promote our region. Networking is a key to success.’
