MLM expanding expertise in clinical trials in Eastern Europe
As MLM has a remarkable number of clinical trials with an increasing number of sites in Eastern Europe, like Ukraine and Russia, MLM decided to be part of the 2nd Kiev Clinical Research Forum from May 16th to 17th.
Martine Dehlinger-Kremer, President of EUCROF and Vice President Pediatric Development at Synteract opened the forum for the 330 participants and 22 exhibitors with an excellent data-based talk about the increasing demand for clinical trials driven by globalization and new disease treatments.
The two day program consisted of three sessions in parallel dealing with topics like e.g. clinical operations, outsourcing in clinical trials and regulatory & development.
MLM took the chance to go in deeper discussions with the presenters and other participants to learn more about the latest trends and developments in performing clinical trials in the eastern part of Europe. Furthermore MLM was able to get into contact with other service providers, like logistics partners, CROs and central labs, based in Ukraine, to be able to offer the best available service for their clients in this part of the world.
