Jan Hermes Appointed New Deputy Head of Test Facility
New year – big news! We are pleased to announce that Jan Hermes has accepted the position as Deputy Head of Test Facility by January 1st, 2022.
Jan’s first introduction to MLM was already in 2003, when he started supporting MLM– in those days still as an employee of the MVZ (a big medical laboratory in Mönchengladbach ).
He officially joined MLM In 2012, when the team consisted of only 20 employees. Being an IT expert, he built up our strong, high quality IT infrastructure, that is woven into every process at MLM.
MLM’s high quality data management services were also implemented and grown by Jan. Therefore, Jan is not only a dedicated Head of Global IT, but has excellent oversight into all operations. He has always been a direct point of contact for customers and partners and has great experience with delivering (technical) hands-on solutions to guarantee high quality, reliable and easily accessible data for clinical trials.
In 2014 the user-friendly mlm online® system was launched under Jan’s leadership and was the first of MLM’s many proprietary software solutions.
