MLM’s junior staff honored by the chamber of commerce and industry

Katharina Maciejewski was the first apprentice at MLM and after a two year apprenticeship she got her degree as a clerk for office management and in parallel did a training to be an accountant. She was honored along with 329 other graduates (from 5085) from the chamber of commerce and industry Mittlerer Niederrhein as one of the best in her year. “We are very proud of our very first apprentice Katharina and her achievements,” says Claudia Großheim who chaperoned and tutored Katharina during her apprenticeship. “I am happy she will now be part of our team as a full-time employer and continue her great work in the back office”.

During the graduation ceremony MLM was also awarded with the certificate “Bester Ausbildungsbetrieb 2018” (best company for apprenticeship 2018).

Based on this great experience MLM recruited two further apprentices in the year 2018.
