Since 2012 MLM has always been a loyal exhibitor at the annual Partnership in Clinical Trials conference and “attending PCT” had become a winged word amongst players acting in the field of clinical studies.

In the last years the organizers have adapted the concept and according to some rebranding activities the name of the conference was changed to “Clinical Trials Europe”.

So last week, November 19-21^th, around 700 stakeholders came together in Barcelona to learn, talk and discuss about new developments in clinical trials, regulatory updates and technical innovations.

The program incorporated a lot of high-level speakers from pharma, biotech and academia. It also included some sessions with patients to gather direct information and impact on what is important in clinical trials from their side.

The exhibition started on Tuesday afternoon with a very successful Grand Opening networking reception. The program had extended refreshment and lunch breaks on Wednesday, so that the exhibition was well visited and MLM welcomed a lot of visitors at their magenta booth, which couldn’t be overseen right next to the lounge area.

As change always takes the time, there are certainly some parts to be improved (like stretching the program over 3 days), but MLM felt in good hands at CTE and is looking forward to next year’s edition.
