A week ago the very successful 24^th annual BIO-Europe^® wrapped up with record-breaking numbers. The more than 4200 attendees from 2325 companies engaged in over 26.000 one-to-one partnering meetings. MLM representatives Prof. Dr. Stephan Wnendt, CEO, and Annette Angenendt, Marketing Manager, took full advantage of the scope of the conference. Being active in the partnering system and the wonderful, daylight exhibition hall has once more proven to be a great combination for a successful conference attendance. Embedded in the BIO.NRW booth MLM was one of the more than 110 exhibitors and the showcase presenting the pink MLM packaging solutions was definitely eye catching.

The most-visited conference track of the event programme was about cell and gene therapies, a consequence of the recent EU approval for the first CAR-T cell therapies. Another hot topic was the microbiome and its importance. MLM is very proud to be involved in clinical trials, covering these approaches and therefore hopefully contributing to new therapeutic solutions and a healthier future.
