Based on the sample types, stability needed for analysis and location of the sites, our logistic experts select the appropriate courier for the transport. They work closely with expert global logistics providers to guarantee safe and stress-free handling with temperature monitoring if needed, including:
- Patented, proprietary MLM Safeguard Box® for efficient protection against thermal stress of your ambient samples
- Validated, easy-to-use refrigerated packaging for cooled shipments (2°C-8°C)
- Flexible dry-ice solutions including scheduled resupply of dry-ice to sites
- Temperature loggers possible for all shipment types
- Sample shipments every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays
- Direct pick up of samples that require same day analysis near our facility in Moenchengladbach, Germany
- Close monitoring and tracking of all inbound and outbound shipments by our dedicated logistics team, including shipment to third-party laboratories as required
